Choose your kō

Eight five-day seasons are still free.

Pick one and it carries into the form below. Each kō brings its own menu, so the night you choose decides what Aiko cooks.

Dates are the Melbourne kō, not the Tokyo ones. The full year is indexed on the omakase page.

Hold the kō with a deposit

A card deposit of $150 a seat holds the whole counter. It comes off the bill on the night.

    2. 02

Aiko calls you the week before

She talks through what is landing, what anyone cannot eat, and the sake if you want it.

      The night

One sitting, doors at 6.30, the counter to yourselves until eleven.

    This is a concept site.

On the live site this opens Hanare's booking page, where seats are ticketed and the deposit is taken by card. Nothing is booked here.

For the demo, the release calendar and the remind-me list are on the reservations page.
